The invention discloses a cemented filling material for mines as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of cemented filling materials. The cemented filling material comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 8-15 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 6-15 parts of hematite, 80-120 parts of gangue, 3-8 parts of fly ash, 24-28 parts of slag, 14-18 parts of copper-containing waste, 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent and 40-60 parts of water. The hematite and the copper-containing waste are subjected to calcination treatment and then mixed with the remaining raw materials, and the cemented filling material for the mine is obtained. According to the method, the toxic heavy metal copper does not re-seep while the copper-containing waste is reutilized, and other raw materials are used so as to effectively improve the mechanical property of the mine cemented filling material.
本发明公开一种矿山用胶结充填材料及其制备方法和应用,属于胶结充填材料技术领域。包括以下质量份原料:脱硫石膏8‑15份,赤铁矿6‑15份,矸石80‑120份,粉煤灰3‑8份,矿渣24‑28份,含铜废物14‑18份,减水剂1‑2份,水40‑60份。将赤铁矿与含铜废物煅烧处理,然后与剩余原料混合,即得矿山用胶结充填材料。本发明在实现了含铜废物再利用的同时,使有毒重金属铜不会重新渗出,且结合其他原料,有效提高了矿山用胶结充填材料的力学性能。
