The invention provides a hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment method for a silicon carbide ceramic membrane. The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the problems comprises that the treatment method for the hydrophobic and oleophobic silicon carbide ceramic membrane comprises the following steps: step 1, carrying out surface treatment on a formed silicon carbide ceramic membrane; step 2, coating the silicon carbide ceramic membrane subjected to surface treatment with a silane coupling agent; step 3, heating the coated silicon carbide ceramic membrane in a protective atmosphere, naturally cooling and curing the silane coupling agent; and step 4, coating the surface of the silicon carbide ceramic membrane cooled in the step 3 with a fluorine surfactant, and drying in a ventilation place. According to the treatment method, the hydrophobicity of silicon carbide is improved, impurities in liquid can be prevented from entering gaps in the treatment process of oily wastewater, and the service life of the silicon carbide ceramic membrane is prolonged.
本发明提出了一种碳化硅陶瓷膜疏水疏油处理方法,本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:疏水疏油的碳化硅陶瓷膜的处理方法包括有以下步骤:步骤一:将成型的碳化硅陶瓷膜进行表面处理,步骤二:将表面处理后的碳化硅陶瓷膜涂覆硅烷偶联剂,步骤三:将涂覆后的碳化硅陶瓷膜在保护氛围中加热,并在自然冷却后固化硅烷偶联剂,步骤四:将步骤三冷却后的碳化硅陶瓷膜表面涂覆氟表面活性剂,并在通风处进行干燥。本处理方法提高了碳化硅的疏水性,在含油废水的处理过程中可以减少液体中杂质进入到空隙中,提高碳化硅陶瓷膜的使用寿命。
