Preparation and application of high-stability underwater super-oleophobic silicon carbide ceramic membrane
The invention discloses preparation and application of a high-stability underwater super-oleophobic silicon carbide ceramic membrane, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: putting an unoxidized silicon carbide ceramic membrane into a muffle furnace, and carrying out oxidation sintering at 500-900 DEG C for 25-45 minutes to obtain a post-oxidized silicon carbide ceramic membrane; and then putting the post-oxidized silicon carbide ceramic membrane into a plasma cleaning instrument, and carrying out plasma modification for 5-120 minutes under the vacuum degree of 300-800mT. Experiments prove that the silicon carbide ceramic membrane prepared by adopting the method disclosed by the invention not only has excellent underwater superoleophobic performance, but also has high stability and good application prospect in the field of oil-water separation, and the underwater superoleophobic performance can be maintained for a long time; in addition, the preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple, mild in condition, low in cost and easy to realize large-scale production.
本发明公开了一种高稳定性水下超疏油碳化硅陶瓷膜的制备及应用,所述制备是先将未氧化的碳化硅陶瓷膜放入马弗炉中,在500~900℃下进行氧化烧结25~45分钟,得到后氧化碳化硅陶瓷膜;然后将后氧化碳化硅陶瓷膜放入等离子体清洗仪中,在300~800mT的真空度下进行等离子体改性5~120分钟。实验证明:采用本发明方法可使制得的碳化硅陶瓷膜不仅具有优异的水下超疏油性能,且水下超疏油性能可以长时间保留,稳定性高,在油水分离领域具有很好的应用前景;此外,本发明制备方法简单、条件温和、成本低廉,易于实现规模化。
