Overall repairing method for airport flight pavement
The invention discloses an overall repairing method for an airport flight pavement. The method comprises the following steps of 1, prefabricating a concrete slab, determining the breadth size of a damaged concrete slab needing to be replaced, and preparing the prefabricated concrete slab; 2, dismantling the damaged concrete slab, cutting the damaged concrete slab to be connected with the peripheral pavement, fixing a hanging bracket to the damaged concrete slab, and lifting the hanging bracket to dismantle the damaged concrete slab; 3, installing the prefabricated concrete slab, forming inserting holes in the concrete layer of the pavement on the periphery of the foundation trench, inserting reinforcing steel bars into the inserting holes, and placing the prefabricated concrete slab into the foundation trench and leveling the prefabricated concrete slab; and 4, fixing the prefabricated concrete slab, and injecting quick-setting cement grout to fill gaps around the prefabricated concrete slab so that the prefabricated concrete slab is tightly connected with the foundation trench and the adjacent pavement. Under the condition that normal operation of the airport is not affected, the damaged pavement plates are rapidly replaced through the air stopping gap, the operation safety of the airport is guaranteed, the service life of the airport pavement is prolonged, and the repairing cost is reduced.
本发明公开了机场飞行道面的整体修复方法,包括:步骤一、预制混凝土板,确定需要更换的受损混凝土板的幅面尺寸,制备预制混凝土板;步骤二、拆除受损混凝土板,切割受损混凝土板使其与周边道面,在受损混凝土板上固定吊架,抬升吊架拆除受损混凝土板;步骤三、安装预制混凝土板,在基槽周边道面的混凝土层开设插孔,在插孔中插入钢筋,将预制混凝土板放入基槽,调平预制混凝土板;步骤四、固定预制混凝土板,注入快凝水泥浆液填充预制混凝土板周边的空隙,使预制混凝土板与基槽和相邻道面紧密连接。本发明在不影响机场正常运行情况下,利用停航间隙,快速更换道面受损板块,保障机场运行安全,延长机场道面使用寿命,降低修复成本。
