Hollow pier construction method
The invention discloses a hollow pier construction method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, pier body steel bars are bound to form an upper chamfer at the upper end of a pier body, a plurality of horizontal bars are bound at equal intervals from top to bottom in a chamfer area on the pier body, and the horizontal bars protrude out of the upper chamfer of the pier body, and the connecting line of the protruding ends of the horizontal ribs from top to bottom is parallel to the upper chamfer of the corresponding pier body; and S2, when a pier body formwork is constructed, formwork construction is synchronously performed around the horizontal ribs, and after formwork construction is completed, the pier body is poured; and after pouring is completed, an upper chamfer is formed at the upper end of the hollow pier, a plurality of horizontal supporting tables are formed by the upper chamfer from top to bottom, and a clamping groove is formed in the lowest supporting table. The construction period can be shortened, the construction difficulty is reduced, and cracks at the top sealing position are decreased.
本发明公开了一种空心墩施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、墩身钢筋绑扎成型使墩身上端形成上倒角,且在墩身上倒角区域由上至下等间隔绑扎若干水平筋,使水平筋凸出于墩身的上倒角,由上至下的水平筋的凸出端的连线与对应墩身的上倒角平行;S2、墩身模板施工时,水平筋周围同步进行模板施工,模板施工完毕后,浇筑墩身;浇筑完成后,空心墩上端形成上倒角,且上倒角由上至下形成若干水平的托台,位于最下方的托台上形成有卡槽。本发明能缩短施工周期,减少施工难度,减少封顶处裂纹。
