The invention discloses a construction method of a hollow pier column. Concrete slurry is poured into a first outer mold to form a first-section pier body; a second inner mold is installed on the first-section pier body, a second outer mold is installed on the first outer mold, a third inner mold is installed on the second inner mold, a third outer mold is installed on the second outer mold, and concrete slurry is poured to form a second hollow pier body and a third hollow pier body; the first outer mold is hoisted and installed on the third outer mold, and the first inner mold is installed on the third inner mold; a second outer mold is hoisted and is mounted on the moved first outer mold, and a second inner mold is hoisted and mounted on the first inner mold; and concrete slurry is poured to form a fourth hollow pier body and a fifth hollow pier body, and so on until the total height of the hollow pier column reaches the preset height. According to the construction method, the construction efficiency of the pier column is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
一种空心墩柱的施工方法,向第一外模内浇筑砼浆以形成首段墩身;在首段墩身上安装第二内模,在第一外模上安装第二外模,在第二内模上安装第三内模,在第二外模上安装第三外模,浇筑砼浆以形成第二空心墩身与第三空心墩身;将第一外模吊起并安装在第三外模上,在第三内模上安装第一内模;将第二外模吊起并安装在移动后的第一外模上,将第二内模吊起并安装在第一内模上;浇筑砼浆以形成第四空心墩身及第五空心墩身,以此类推直至空心墩柱的总高度达到预设高度。本发明通过上述方案提高墩柱的施工效率,降低施工成本。
