Light device for installing prefabricated full-width bridge deck slab of reinforced concrete superposed beam
The invention relates to a light device for installing a prefabricated full-width bridge deck slab of a reinforced concrete composite beam. A bearing frame system is supported on a track system and a front-end temporary shelving pier through a front support leg, a middle support leg and a rear support leg, and the track system and the front-end temporary shelving pier are directly arranged on the top of a steel beam; and a bridge deck slab hoisting system is arranged on an upper bearing main cross beam, a sliding way and a traction pull rod are arranged between the upper bearing main cross beam and the bearing frame system, and the bearing frame system and a slab conveying trolley share one set of rail system and traction winch. The device is light in size, safe and reliable in construction process, and capable of being used for installing a full-width prefabricated bridge deck slab of a reinforced concrete composite beam. In the construction process, the device is operated by directly utilizing the steel beam top face standing position, prefabricated bridge deck slab installation at any position of the top face of the whole-span steel beam can be achieved, construction is convenient and fast, the device and a matched transportation system directly utilize an external winch for traction, the structure is simple, the restriction of the construction environment is small, and the construction cost can be saved.
