Bridge construction process
The invention provides a bridge construction process. The process comprises the following steps that: a plurality of bridge body components in the construction process are supported through a supporting assembly, and a supporting plate arranged on the supporting assembly is driven by a lifting driving assembly to do lifting motion. In the construction process, the height position of the bridge body component supported by the supporting assembly can be maintained at the specified installation height, namely the preset height which the bridge body component needs to reach after construction is completed, and supporting systems such as the supporting assembly used for supporting the bridge body component do not need to be pre-pressed, so that the problem that the height of a bridge formed by the bridge body components is deviated after construction is completed can be avoided.
本发明提供一种桥梁施工工艺,包括以下步骤:通过支撑组件支撑处于建造过程中的若干桥体构件,通过升降驱动组件驱动所述支撑组件设有的支撑板做升降运动,在施工过程中使所述支撑组件支撑的所述桥体构件的高度位置在施工过程中能维持在指定安装高度即所述桥体构件在完成施工后需要达到的预设高度,无需对用于支撑所述桥体构件的所述支撑组件等支撑体系进行预压,即可避免在施工完成后各个所述桥体构件形成的桥梁的高度存在偏差的问题。
