The invention discloses a method for measuring the perpendicularity deviation of a pile hole of a slurry retaining wall rotary drilling cast-in-situ bored pile. The method comprises the following steps that a fixing piece, a thin line and a floating piece are provided, wherein the fixing piece comprises a fixing ring; the fixing piece is fixed to the first end, which is used for lowering, of a rotary drilling pile reinforcement cage, and the fixing ring is located in the center of the first end; the fine line is arranged in the fixing ring in a penetrating mode and penetrates through the rotary drilling pile reinforcement cage, and the free end of the thin line which is located in the rotary drilling pile reinforcement cage is connected with the floating piece; the rotary drilling pile reinforcement cage is put into the pile hole in the state that the first end faces downwards, and the free end of the thin line which is located outside the rotary drilling pile reinforcement cage is located outside the pile hole; slurry is poured into the pile hole till the pile hole reaches a preset position, the floating piece floats on the liquid level of the slurry, and the thin line is in a tensioned state; the distance between the floating piece and the center of the top of the pile hole is obtained; and the distance D and the length H of the pile hole are substituted into I=D/H so as to obtain the perpendicularity deviation I of the pile hole. According to the method, the measurement of the perpendicularity is simple and convenient.
