The invention discloses a slurry protection wall type cast-in-situ bored pile slurry preparation method which comprises the following steps that S1, preparation materials are prepared, and the preparation materials comprise water, bentonite and high-molecular polymers; s2, surveying process geological conditions and construction conditions; s3, carrying out a sampling experiment on the slurry, and determining various performance indexes of the slurry; s4, forming a plurality of different proportioning schemes according to various performance indexes of the slurry; s5, whether each matching scheme meets the performance index or not is tested; and S6, selecting an optimal proportioning scheme, and then adding the prepared materials into the drill hole according to the optimal proportioning scheme to form the wall protection slurry. The high-molecular polymer is adsorbed on the surfaces of bentonite particles, formation of lattice surface hydrogen bonds is facilitated, a net-shaped structure can be formed, the viscosity of slurry is increased, the filter loss is reduced, various properties of the slurry are improved, preparation is convenient, and the preparation cost is low.
本发明公开了一种泥浆护壁式钻孔灌注桩泥浆配制方法,其包括以下步骤:S1.准备好配置材料,配置材料包括:水、膨润土和高分子聚合物;S2.调查过程地质情况和施工条件;S3.对泥浆进行取样实验,并确定泥浆的各项性能指标;S4.根据泥浆的各项性能指标组成若干个不同配比方案;S5.通过实验各个配比方案是否满足性能指标;S6.选出最佳配比方案,然后按照最佳配比方案将配置材料添加到钻孔当中形成护壁泥浆。本发明通过高分子聚合物吸附在膨润土颗粒表面,有利于晶格表面氢键的形成,还可形成网状结构,使得泥浆黏度增大,滤失量降低,使得泥浆的各种性能得到提高,不但配置方便,而且配置成本低。
