The invention discloses a suspension suspended ceiling structure and a mounting method thereof, and relates to the field of building indoor suspended ceilings. The suspension suspended ceiling structure comprises a plurality of decorative plates, a hanging piece, a U-shaped main keel, a clamping hanging piece, a first T-shaped keel and a second T-shaped keel. The decorative plates are arranged in parallel, and a first hoisting gap and a second hoisting gap vertically intersected with the first hoisting gap are formed between the adjacent decorative plates. The hanging piece is used for being connected with a roof; the U-shaped main keel is connected with the hanging piece and located on the side, close to the roof, of the decorative plates; the clamping hanging piece is fixed on the U-shaped main keel; and one end of the first T-shaped keel is inserted into the first hoisting gap, and the other end of the first T-shaped keel is clamped to the clamping hanging piece. The second T-shaped keel is partially inserted into the second hoisting gap. The suspension suspended ceiling structure is used for indoor suspended ceiling of the building.
