The invention provides a suspended ceiling structure, a mounting method thereof and a suspended ceiling unit. The suspended ceiling structure comprises a suspender assembly, and the suspender assembly comprises a first hoisting assembly and a second hoisting assembly which are detachably connected; the functional assembly is connected with the second hoisting assembly; a mounting surface for mounting a ceiling is arranged on one side, far away from the second hoisting assembly, of the functional assembly; or the part of the functional component serves as at least part of the ceiling; the end, away from the second hoisting assembly, of the first hoisting assembly is used for installing the suspended ceiling structure. According to the suspended ceiling structure, the suspender assembly is designed into the first hoisting assembly and the second hoisting assembly which are detachably connected, and the second hoisting assembly and the functional assembly can be assembled with the first hoisting assembly after being split, so that the assembling operation of the suspended ceiling structure is simplified, the assembling efficiency of the suspended ceiling assembly can be improved, and the suspended ceiling structure has high integration level.
