The invention discloses an adjusting and mounting structure and an adjusting method for a fabricated aluminum plate curtain wall. The adjusting and mounting structure comprises an aluminum plate curtain wall body and a base; a connecting seat and two groups of fixing seats are fixedly mounted on the surface of the aluminum plate curtain wall body through screws; a sliding rod is welded between the connecting seat and the fixing seats; and an adjusting seat is slidably connected with the surface of the sliding rod. Through the arrangement of three sets of T-shaped clamping edges and six sets of limiting grooves, the position of the aluminum plate curtain wall body can be adjusted in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, the position can be adjusted without disassembling a whole aluminum plate formwork body, and the position of the base does not need to be adjusted without disassembling the base, so that the difficulty of adjusting the position of the aluminum plate curtain wall body is lowered, the structure is simple, adjustment by workers is facilitated, and the labor burden of the workers is reduced.
