The mounting frame is mounted on a building wall; the turnover placement plate is used for mounting a curtain wall plate; the curtain wall plate is placed on the turnover placing plate, then the turnover placing plate with the curtain wall plate penetrates through the mounting frame to be pushed out of a building through the linear reciprocating translation mechanism, then the turnover placing plate is turned over through the turnover mechanism, and when the turnover placing plate is turned over to be parallel to the mounting frame, the curtain wall plate is placed on the turnover placing plate. The linear reciprocating translation mechanism and the turnover mechanism are matched with each other to drive the turnover placement plate to move in the direction close to the mounting frame, and after the curtain wall plate is matched with the mounting frame, the curtain wall plate can be mounted on the mounting frame through the screwing mechanism, so that constructors do not need to suspend outside a building for action, and the safety is improved.
