A prefabricated pier column installation in-place observation device comprises an adjustable support and an observation mirror, the bottom of the adjustable support is an L-shaped frame-shaped fixing base, a clamping groove is formed in a vertical support of the fixing base, a plurality of clamping openings are vertically formed in the clamping groove, the observation mirror comprises a supporting frame, a mirror face and clamping rods, the clamping rods are fixed to the two sides of the top end and the two sides of the bottom end of the supporting frame. The mirror surface is fixed on the support frame, the angle of the observation mirror is adjusted by placing the clamping rod at the upper end in the bayonets with different heights of the clamping grooves, and the clamping rod at the lower end of the observation mirror is placed on the adjustable support fixing seat to slide.
