The adjustable overhead building base comprises an adjusting assembly, a supporting assembly and a protecting assembly, wherein the supporting assembly is connected to the adjusting assembly in a sleeving manner; the protecting assembly is detachably connected to the supporting assembly; the adjusting assembly comprises an adjusting base and an adjusting part; the adjusting part is in threaded connection to the adjusting base; the supporting assembly comprises a supporting column and level gauges; the level gauges are fixedly connected to the supporting column; the protecting assembly comprises a propaganda part and a fixing plate; and one side of the fixing plate is rotatably connected to the propaganda part. According to the adjustable overhead building base disclosed by the invention, through the adjusting assembly and the supporting assembly, when the supporting column needs to be adjusted, through scale display on the two level gauges on the supporting assembly, the tilting situation of the supporting column can be intuitively known; when the height of the supporting column is adjusted, the change of the level gauges is concerned; and when the two level gauges are in a horizontal state, the screwing of an adjusting bolt can be stopped, so that the adjustable overhead building base is more accurate.
