Titanium dioxide-based ceramic material with low-and-medium-frequency ultra-low dielectric loss and high dielectric constant, and preparation method of titanium dioxide-based ceramic material
The invention discloses a titanium dioxide-based ceramic material with medium-and-low-frequency ultralow dielectric loss and high dielectric constant and a preparation method thereof. The general formula of the ceramic material is (Cu<1/3>Nb<2/3>)Ti<1-x>O<2>, wherein x represents mole fractions, and the value of x is in a range of 0.005-0.015. The preparation method of the ceramic material is simple in process, low in cost, good in repeatability and high in yield, metal elements Cu<2+> and Nb<5+> are co-doped in the titanium dioxide-based ceramic material, so the ceramic material has a high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss within the frequency range of 40-106 Hz, and especially, the low-and-medium-frequency dielectric loss of the ceramic material is remarkably reduced, and the dielectric loss of the ceramic material is always kept 0.03 or below within the frequency range of 40-104 Hz; and the dielectric constant is high and always kept at 26000 or above, and meanwhile, the ceramic material has excellent frequency and temperature stability which is kept between -7.5% to 7.5%, meets the parameter requirements of an X9F ceramic capacitor, and has huge application value.
