Supporting structure for formwork engineering
The invention discloses a supporting structure for formwork engineering. The supporting structure comprises flat plates and transverse plates, wherein the four flat plates are symmetrically arranged up and down; side grooves are formed in opposite sides of the two flat plates at the same height; the same transverse plate is movably connected into the two adjacent side grooves; and two vertical plates are symmetrically and fixedly connected between the upper and lower flat plates front and back. According to the supporting structure disclosed by the invention, a driving mechanism and a positioning mechanism are arranged; the driving mechanism is used for driving to realize adjustment operation of angles of a first connection plate and a second connection plate, so that a top plate can conveniently realize supporting operation of the formworks and the construction operation is convenient to realize; a movable plate and the top plate are arranged and the width of the movable plate is adjusted so that the supporting structure can be adaptive to the supporting operation of the formworks with different distances; and the top plate moves so that the supporting structure can be adaptive to the firm supporting operation of the formworks with different inclined planes or angles and the supporting effect is good. The supporting structure disclosed by the invention has the advantages of convenience for operation and good supporting effect.
本发明公开了一种模板工程用支撑结构,包括平板和横板,所述平板上下对称设置有四个,同一高度两个所述平板相面对一侧均开设有侧槽,相邻两个所述侧槽内活动连接有同一个横板,上下两个所述平板之间前后对称固定连接有两个竖板。本发明通过设置有驱动机构和定位机构,通过驱动机构的驱动可以实现对第一连接板和第二连接板的角度进行调节操作,可以使得顶板便捷的实现对模板的支撑操作,施工操作方便;通过设置有活动板和顶板,通过对活动板的宽度进行调节可以适应不同间距模板进行支撑操作,并且可以通过顶板的运动可以适应对不同斜面或角度上的模板进行牢靠支撑操作,使得支撑效果好。本发明具有便于操作和支撑效果好的优点。
