The invention discloses pre-masonry silicon carbide refractory mortar which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 10-35% of silicon carbide with the particle size of 0.5-0mm, 30-50% of silicon carbide with the particle size of 0.044-0 mm, 6-23% of silicon carbide dust extraction powder, 3-10% of silicon nitride powder, 1-4% of monatomic silicon powder, 1-6% of alumina micro powder, 1-2% of a reaction inhibitor, and 2-4% of calcium aluminate cement; and an aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution accounting for 35-42wt% is added on the basis. The silicon carbide refractory mortar provided by the invention can be cured at normal temperature to generate higher bonding strength, so that a brick masonry becomes a firm whole, and then the firmly bonded brick masonry is hoisted to a using position through a machine, the situation that field operators have to build bricks in a narrow working space is avoided, the working efficiency and the construction quality are improved, and the safety of construction operation is ensured.
本发明公开了一种预砌筑的碳化硅质耐火泥浆,其特征在于组成按重量百分数计如下:碳化硅0.5‑0mm10‑35%;碳化硅0.044‑0mm30‑50%;碳化硅抽尘粉6‑23%;氮化硅粉3‑10%;单质硅粉1‑4%;氧化铝微粉1‑6%;反应抑制剂1‑2%;铝酸钙水泥2‑4%;在以上基础上外加占比35‑42wt%的磷酸二氢铝溶液;本发明提供的碳化硅质耐火泥浆常温下即可固化,产生较高的粘结强度,使砖砌体成为牢固整体,再通过机械将牢固粘结的砖砌体吊装到其使用位置,避免了现场作业人员必须在狭窄的作业空间内砌砖,提高了工作效率和施工质量,保证了施工作业的安全性。
