High-strength porous thermal-insulation ceramsite prepared by compounding high-content manganese slag with muck and coal-series waste and preparation method of high-strength porous thermal-insulation ceramsite
The invention discloses high-strength porous thermal-insulation ceramsite prepared by compounding high-content manganese slag with muck and coal-series waste and a preparation method of the high-strength porous thermal-insulation ceramsite. The ceramsite comprises the raw materials in parts by mass: 200 parts of manganese slag, 50 parts of fly ash, 50 parts of muck, 50 parts of coal gangue, 10 parts of diatomite and 5 parts of saw dust, or 200 parts of manganese slag, 100 parts of muck, 50 parts of coal gangue, 10 parts of perlite and 10 parts of saw dust. The production process is simple and environment-friendly, the used raw materials are low in cost and rich in source, a large amount of solid waste can be utilized, and the process can be used for large-scale production; and the obtained ceramsite has the comprehensive advantages of sintering expansion property, high strength, high porosity, high thermal insulation property and the like, can fix and seal heavy metal ions in the ceramsite, and can be widely applied to the aspects of thermal insulation building walls, thermal insulation mortar, river sewage purification, heavy metal ion adsorption and the like.
