Multi-layer high-strength thermal insulation ceramsite and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of solid waste resource utilization and high-strength thermal-insulation aggregate preparation, and particularly relates to a multi-layer high-strength thermal-insulation ceramsite and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that 1, molybdenum tailings, fly ash, sludge, steel slag and calcium carbonate are smashed, mixed, granulated and dried, and inner-layer pellets are obtained; (2) crushing molybdenum tailings, fly ash, sludge, steel slag and carbon powder, and adding water for mixing treatment to obtain middle-layer slurry; (3) the molybdenum tailings are smashed, water is added for treatment, and outer layer slurry is obtained; (4) wrapping the surface of the inner-layer material ball obtained in the step (1) with the middle-layer slurry obtained in the step (2), and drying to obtain a mixed material ball; and wrapping the surface of the mixed material ball with the outer layer slurry obtained in the step (3), and sintering to obtain the multi-layer high-strength thermal-insulation ceramsite after sintering is completed. The molybdenum tailing gradient high-strength thermal-insulation ceramsite provided by the invention is simple in manufacturing method, has rich pore structures inside and has the advantages of high strength, high hardness, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and the interface structure of the ceramsite in a cement-based material is improved by adjusting the chemical composition of the outer layer.
本发明属于固废资源化利用和高强保温集料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种多层高强保温陶粒及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将钼尾矿、粉煤灰、污泥、钢渣和碳酸钙进行粉碎、混合、造粒、干燥处理,得到内层料球;(2)将钼尾矿、粉煤灰、污泥、钢渣和碳粉进行粉碎、加水混合处理,得到中层浆料;(3)将钼尾矿进行粉碎、加水处理,得到外层浆料;(4)将步骤(2)得到的中层浆料包裹在步骤(1)得到的内层料球表面,干燥得到混合料球;再将步骤(3)得到的外层浆料包裹在混合料球表面,进行烧结,烧结完成后得到多层高强保温陶粒。本发明提供的钼尾矿梯度高强保温陶粒制作方法简单,内部具有丰富的孔隙结构,具有强度高、硬度大、耐腐蚀、耐高温的优点,外层通过调整化学组成改善陶粒在水泥基材料中的界面结构。
