The indwelling concrete belts are arranged at the corresponding positions of the stilling pool bottom plate, the stilling pool bottom plate is temporarily divided into a plurality of parts, the indwelling concrete belts are subjected to concrete pouring after a certain time through internal contraction of components, and the structures are connected into an integral zone. The problem of harmful cracks possibly generated due to non-uniform shrinkage or non-uniform settlement of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure is effectively solved.
