PANEL SYSTEM COMPRISING A MOUNTING PROFILE HAVING A BOUND PORTION, AND METHOD FOR ADAPTING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a panel system, comprising a plurality of fixed panels and a plurality of openable panels. Each fixed panel and each openable panel comprise a frame structure consisting of a set of profile elements surrounding a panel element, said frame structure comprises a top profile element, and the top profile element is configured to be connected to a support structure by means of a mounting and hinge assembly. The mounting and hinge assembly includes a mounting profile having a main body, the main body has a first inner end and a second outer end, and at least one boundary portion disposed to connect with at least one of the first inner end and the second outer end of the body. The mounting profile comprises an extruded profile made of a metal material, and at least one of the boundary portions of the mounting profile can be replaced by an extended element made of an insulating material. The invention also relates to a method for adapting the panel system.

The present invention relates to a panel system, comprising a plurality of fixed panels and a plurality of openable panels.
