The invention provides a mute floor and a mute floor processing technology. The mute floor comprises a wear-resistant layer, a decorative layer, a base material layer, a first mute layer and a second mute layer which are sequentially arranged in a stacked mode, wherein a groove is formed in the side, close to the first mute layer, of the base material layer, and the groove extends in a bent mode in the length direction of the groove. The mute floor realizes multiple sound insulation, and can absorb or reduce high, medium and low frequency sound waves, weaken indoor repeated reflection of sound and shorten the duration of reverberant sound so as to weaken the indoor reverberant sound and effectively improve the indoor environment.
