Mute floor
The mute floor comprises a surface layer, a first base material layer, a resonance layer, a second base material layer and a back cushion layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the first base material layer extends from the lower surface of the first base material layer to the upper surface of the first base material layer and is provided with first silencing holes, and the second base material layer extends from the upper surface of the second base material layer to the lower surface of the second base material layer and is provided with second silencing holes. The first silencing holes correspond to the second silencing holes, through holes are formed in the resonance layer, and the through holes, the first silencing holes and the second silencing holes are arranged in a staggered mode. The structural design is reasonable, the resonance layer is arranged between the base material layers, meanwhile, the silencing holes are correspondingly formed in the base material layers, the corresponding holes and the resonance layer are compounded to form a resonance structure, an elastic resonance system is formed, and therefore the good silencing effect is achieved.
本发明一种静音地板，包括从上到下依次设置的面层、第一基材层、共振层、第二基材层及背垫层，第一基材层从其下表面向上表面方向延伸设置有第一消声孔，第二基材层从其上表面向下表面方向延伸设置有第二消声孔，且第一消声孔和第二消声孔对应设置，共振层上设置有通孔，且所述通孔与第一消声孔和第二消声孔位置呈交错设置。本发明结构设计合理，通过在基材层之间设置共振层，同时在基材层上对应设置消声孔，使得相应的孔洞与共振层复合组成共振结构，形成弹性共振系统，从而达到较好的静音效果。
