The invention discloses a method for testing the air entraining performance of an air entraining agent for concrete. A testing device comprises an oscillator and a bubble image processing system. The testing method comprises the following steps of preparing a simulated cement pore solution, and then adding an air entraining agent to be tested into the simulated cement pore solution to form a solution to be tested, taking a certain amount of the solution to be tested, filling the transparent testing container with the solution to be tested, sealing, and starting the testing device for oscillation foaming, opening a sealing plug after the completion of oscillation, standing for 5 minutes, carrying out microspur shooting on a certain square area in the middle of the bubbles, and reading the number and average diameter of the bubbles which are processed by a bubble image processing system and are imaged and displayed on a display, the bubble volume of the whole testing container and the time for reducing half of the bubble volume. According to the method, the air entraining purpose is achieved in an oscillation mode, the air entraining performance and the bubble stability performance of the air entraining agent in the concrete can be simply, conveniently and effectively evaluated, and the method has very high practicability.
本发明公开了一种混凝土用引气剂引气性能的测试方法,其中测试装置包括振荡器与气泡图像处理系统;测试方法包括:配制模拟水泥孔溶液,然后将待测引气剂加入模拟的水泥孔溶液中形成待测液;取一定量待测液装入透明测试容器中密封,启动测试装置进行振荡起泡;振荡完成后打开密封塞,静置5 min后对气泡中间位置一定正方形区域进行微距拍摄,读取通过气泡图像处理系统处理后在显示器上成像显示的气泡个数和气泡平均直径,以及整个测试容器的气泡体积和气泡体积减少一半所用的时间。实验通过振荡的方式达到了引气的目的,此方法可简便有效地评价引气剂在混凝土中的引气性能和气泡稳定性能,具有很强的实用性。
