The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering material preparation, and particularly discloses a concrete micro-foam air entraining agent which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 8-10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 10-12 parts of alpha-sodium olefin sulfonate, 8-10 parts of maltodextrin, 10-12 parts of carboxymethyl starch and 60 parts of water. The invention aims to solve the technical problems that bubbles of high-fluidity concrete prepared from a polycarboxylate superplasticizer are easy to migrate and float and are gathered and communicated to form inferior large bubbles, and the fracture loss is serious. The concrete foam stabilizer is compounded in the concrete air entraining agent prepared by the research of the project, so that the bubble strength is improved, and the breakage rate is reduced. Meanwhile, the foam stabilizer can improve the viscoplasticity of the concrete, prevent the bubbles from floating and migrating, prevent the bubbles from being communicated and combined, and play a role in protecting the bubbles. The technical problem of poor bubble stability of the concrete in a large fluidity state is solved.
本发明属于工程材料制备技术领域,具体公开了一种混凝土微沫引气剂,由如下重量份数组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8‑10份、α‑烯烃磺酸钠10‑12份、麦芽糊精8‑10份、羧甲基淀粉10‑12份、水60份;本发明针对聚羧酸减水剂配制的大流动度混凝土,气泡容易迁移漂浮,聚集串通形成劣质大泡,破裂损失严重的技术问题。本项目研究配制混凝土引气剂中复合了混凝土稳泡剂,增加了气泡强度,降低了破损率。同时稳泡剂可以提高混凝土的粘塑性,阻止气泡漂浮迁移,阻止气泡串通合并,对气泡起到保护作用。解决了混凝土在大流动度状态下气泡稳泡性差技术难题。
