According to the environment-friendly recycled aggregate concrete for the sponge city, the modified recycled coarse aggregate is added, and mortar outside the modified coarse aggregate is completely removed, so that the influence of the mortar on basic physical properties of the aggregate is avoided, and the overall strength of the recycled aggregate is effectively improved; and meanwhile, for concrete with different quality, the water glass and nano calcium carbonate are added to react with the concrete, so that generated micro-particles can quickly permeate into the concrete, and the physical property and mechanical property of the recycled aggregate can be further enhanced.
