The environment-friendly recycled aggregate concrete is prepared from components in parts by weight as follows: 55-85 parts of recycled aggregate, 25-45 parts of cement, 10-20 parts of sand, 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent, 5-8 parts of modified basalt fiber, 6-10 parts of an additive, 4-6 parts of modified silica fume and 15-25 parts of water, the recycled aggregate, the modified basalt fiber and the modified silica fume are extracted from the waste concrete, and the additive and the water reducing agent are added at the same time, so that waste materials are recycled, and the performance of the concrete is also remarkably improved.
