A-grade fireproof graphite composite insulation board material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an A-grade fireproof graphite composite insulation board material and a preparation method thereof. The insulation board material is prepared by using high-strength cement and a polymer material as cementing materials, using modified polyphenyl particles and vitrified microbeads as fillers, using a proper amount of functional admixture and water as auxiliary materials, and carrying out stirring, equipment compression molding, maintenance, cutting and other processes. The composite insulation board material comprises, by weight, 80-100 parts of cement and 0.68-0.85 part of rubber powder which are used as a cementing material; 12-18 parts of modified polyphenyl particles used as a filler; 30-60 parts of glass beads; 0.6-1.0 part of a water reducing agent used as an additive; 0.2-0.5 part of a water repellent; and 60-120 parts of water. By combining the advantages of good heat-conducting property of an organic material and good fireproof property of an inorganic material and taking the modified polyphenyl particles and the glass beads as fillers, a prepared A-grade fireproof graphite composite insulation board meets the A-grade fireproof grade requirement, and meanwhile, compared with a common homogeneous modified fireproof insulation board, the A-grade fireproof graphite composite insulation board is small in heat conductivity coefficient, good in thermal insulation effect, convenient to construct, long in service cycle, good in safety and capable of being widely applied to external wall thermal insulation systems.
