The invention relates to carbon nanotube-modified concrete and a preparation method and application thereof. The carbon nanotube-modified concrete is composed of cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, a water reducing agent, water and carbon nanotubes, wherein the carbon nanotubes are multi-walled carbon nanotubes, and the fine aggregate is river sand with a fineness modulus of 2.8. The carbon nanotubes disclosed by the invention can improve the typical brittleness characteristic of a concrete material, and the finally obtained carbon nanotube-modified concrete has excellent impact resistance and relatively high toughness and deformation resistance, so the serious safety problem of a concrete structure exposed under an impact loading condition can be solved to a certain extent, and the service life of an engineering structure easily suffered from impact load can be effectively prolonged.
