The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to polymer modified carbon nanotube cement mortar as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The cement mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 60 parts of cement, 90 to 180 parts of fine aggregate, 3 to 6 parts of polymer, 0.015 to 0.09 part of carbon nano tube and 10 to 30 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the polymer with the water, adding the carbon nanotubes into the mixture, dispersing, adding the uniformly mixed cement and fine aggregate, and stirring to obtain the cement mortar. Compared with the prior art, the cement mortar disclosed by the invention has a good dispersion effect, the prepared mortar has higher flexural strength and flexural compression ratio, the flexural strength in 28 days can be controlled between 10 and 13MPa, and the flexural compression ratio is improved by 18 to 58 percent compared with the flexural compression ratio of the carbon nano tube cement mortar without polymer modification; the method is suitable for repairing various concrete structures or filling joints of concrete members.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种聚合物改性碳纳米管水泥砂浆及其制备方法与应用。以重量份计,所述水泥砂浆包括水泥30‑60份、细集料90‑180份、聚合物3‑6份、碳纳米管0.015‑0.09份以及水10‑30份。制备方法包括:将聚合物与水混合,向其中加入碳纳米管,分散处理后,加入混合均匀的水泥和细集料,搅拌得到所述水泥砂浆。与现有技术相比,本发明的水泥砂浆具有良好的分散效果,所制备的砂浆具有更高的抗折强度与折压比,28天抗折强度可控制在10‑13MPa之间,折压比与未添加聚合物改性的碳纳米管水泥砂浆相比提高了18%‑58%,适用于各种混凝土结构的修补或混凝土构件接缝处的填充。
