The equipment cabinet comprises a cabinet body, a cabinet door and an electric control lock; the water vapor heat dissipation mechanism comprises a water vapor diffusion unit, water vapor heat dissipation modules and a vapor outlet. The water vapor diffusion unit comprises a storage slow release device, an airflow conveying assembly and a residual water recovery assembly; and the weak current control box comprises a box body, a fingerprint identification module and a switch lock button. According to the safe intelligent temperature control electric control cabinet, heat dissipation airflow with water vapor can be provided through the water vapor heat dissipation mechanism to effectively dissipate heat of heating elements in the cabinet body, it is ensured that the elements in the cabinet body work safely and stably, and guarantee is provided for safe and reliable operation of an intelligent workshop; and a humid environment can be provided for the airflow conveying assembly through the storage slow release device, and therefore, heat dissipation airflow containing a large amount of water vapor can be conveyed when the airflow conveying assembly is started.
