The invention relates to the technical field of aromatherapy furnaces, in particular to a thermal shock resistant ceramic aroma furnace and a preparation process thereof, and further relates to a preparation process of the thermal shock resistant ceramic aroma furnace. The thermal shock resistant ceramic aroma furnace comprises a furnace body, a combustion cup, a furnace cover and elastic buffering supports. The furnace body is arranged between the elastic buffering supports and movably installed at the tops of the elastic buffering supports. The combustion cup is detachably arranged in the furnace body, and the top of the combustion cup is connected with the top of the furnace body in a matched mode; and the furnace cover covers the combustion cup. When incense is combusted, heat generated by the incense can be effectively isolated, the combustion cup can be effectively cooled, and the furnace body can be self-adjusted and rapidly recovered to the initial state when shaken due to impact.
