Nano hydrophobic corrosion inhibitor and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a nano hydrophobic corrosion inhibitor and a preparation method thereof. The nano hydrophobic corrosion inhibitor is prepared by mixing silane, organic corrosion inhibition molecules, a nano component, a stable component and a solvent component, wherein the organic corrosion inhibition molecules are selected from hydroxy amide, glucoside ketone and alkanolamide anti-rust molecules, the stable component is selected from sorbitol ester, glyceryl monostearate, pentaerythritol ester, laurate, formic acid, acetic acid and ethanol, and the solvent component is water. According to the corrosion inhibitor, Si-O-Fe covalent bonds are formed on a metal interface through silane, meanwhile, silane molecules form a silane film with a Si-O-Si three-dimensional network structure on the metal surface through a condensation polymerization reaction between SiOH groups, and water is not prone to making contact with a steel bar base body through hydrophobic groups of silane; and the organic corrosion-inhibiting small molecules cooperate with the strong adsorption effect on the surface of the reinforcing steel bar to protect the reinforcing steel bar, the blunt removal time of the concrete reinforcing steel bar is effectively delayed, the corrosion rate of the reinforcing steel bar is reduced, and the durability of concrete is improved and guaranteed.
