Chopped carbon fiber reinforced phosphoric acid-based geopolymer composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a chopped carbon fiber reinforced phosphoric acid-based geopolymer composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps: preparing a SiO2-Al2O3 sol precursor, preparing the precursor into gel, drying, and calcining the dried gel to prepare SiO2-Al2O3 active powder; mixing the pretreated chopped carbon fibers and the SiO2-Al2O3 active powder, carrying out ball milling and then drying, and thus preparing SiO2-Al2O3 composite powder containing the chopped carbon fibers; adding the SiO2-Al2O3 composite powder containing the chopped carbon fibers into a phosphoric acid solution, and uniformly mixing; carrying out injection molding and curing; demolding and curing; and carrying out surface treatment with a silicon resin solution. The prepared composite material is composed of a phosphoric acid-based geopolymer and the chopped carbon fibers dispersed in the phosphoric acid-based geopolymer. The composite material has the advantages of ultrahigh ductility, low water absorption rate, high temperature resistance, low cost and the like, and the preparation method is simple to operate and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种短切碳纤维增强磷酸基地质聚合物复合材料及其制备方法,制备方法包括:制备SiO2‑Al2O3溶胶前驱体,将前驱体制成凝胶并干燥,将干燥后凝胶煅烧制得SiO2‑Al2O3活性粉体;将预处理后的短切碳纤维与SiO2‑Al2O3活性粉体混合球磨后烘干制得含短切碳纤维的SiO2‑Al2O3复合粉体;将含短切碳纤维的SiO2‑Al2O3复合粉体加入磷酸溶液混匀;注模固化;脱模养护;用硅树脂溶液表面处理。制得的复合材料由磷酸基地质聚合物和分散于磷酸基地质聚合物中的短切碳纤维构成。本发明的复合材料具有超高延性、吸水率低、耐高温、低成本等优点,其制备方法操作简单、成本低。
