One end of a connecting rod is inserted into a wood structure column, a concrete column is poured on a supporting base part (such as a floor), the other end of the concrete column is fixedly connected with the supporting base part, and the end, away from the wood structure column, of the connecting rod and the end, away from the supporting base part, of the concrete column are inserted and fixed through glue; the end, inserted with the connecting rod, of the wood structure column abuts against and is fixed to the end, inserted with the connecting rod, of the concrete column in an adhesive mode. The adhesive fixed connection is based on the physical characteristics of the glue, and the glue cannot be solidified immediately in the use process, so that each component can be adjusted in the pasting process to reach the optimal position; the connecting joint of the concrete column and the wood structure column and the construction method of the connecting joint have the advantages of being fast in construction, accurate in positioning and the like.
