The invention discloses a plate splicing clamping piece and a plate splicing structure. The plate splicing clamping piece comprises an upper clamping plate, a lower clamping plate, two connecting plates and at least one limiting convex hull which are integrally formed, wherein the two ends of the upper clamping plate and the two ends of the lower clamping plate are connected through the connecting plates correspondingly, and an empty groove is formed by the two connecting plates and the side edges of the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate. According to the plate splicing structure, the limiting convex hulls of clamping pieces and first I-shaped clamping strips are installed in a matched mode, so that the limiting convex hulls can be inserted into first clamping grooves of the first I-shaped clamping strips, splicing is achieved, the splicing mode is simple and efficient, and dismounting is easy; and in another plate splicing structure, clamping plates of second I-shaped clamping strips are inserted into inserting areas formed between the interiors of the limiting convex hulls and the lower clamping plate, the lower clamping plate can be inserted into second clamping grooves of the second I-shaped clamping strips at the same time, double positioning of splicing is achieved, and the accuracy of the inserting position is guaranteed.
