The invention discloses a plate, a splicing piece and a plate splicing mode. Mortises are formed in the two side faces of the plate respectively, each mortise comprises a notch communicated with the outside and a concave connecting part which extends towards the interior of the plate through the notch and is concaved up and down, the height of the concave connecting part is larger than that of the notch, and each splicing piece comprises a combination part and protruding tenons arranged at the two ends of the combination part. The inner surface of a groove opening, communicated with the outside, of the mortise is a plane, and the groove opening extends inwards and is sunken to form a concave connecting part. The mortises are connected through splicing pieces, the surface shapes of the tenons are matched with the surface shapes of the concave connecting parts, the notches are attached to the surfaces of the combining parts, and during splicing, the two tenons are embedded into the mortises of the two adjacent plates in a sliding mode to be fixed. The plate is simple in design, low in cost, beneficial to large-scale application, reasonable in design and capable of effectively preventing the plate from shaking or shifting in the using process, and the using effect and the splicing strength of the plate are improved.
