Concrete containing polycarboxylic acid super-retarding water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses concrete containing a polycarboxylic acid super-retarding water reducing agent and a preparation method of the concrete. The concrete containing the polycarboxylic acid super-retarding water reducing agent is prepared from a concrete mixing material. The concrete mixing material comprises the following components in parts by mass: water, cement, fly ash, sand, stone and the polycarboxylic acid super-retarding water reducing agent, wherein the polycarboxylic acid super-retarding water reducing agent is a compound of triethanolamine oleate, tetrapolyethylene glycol monooctyl ether, polyethylene glycol monooleate and polyoxyethyl glyceryl ether. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing the cement, the fly ash and the polycarboxylic acid super-retarding water reducing agent to obtain a premix; 2) uniformly mixing the premix, sand and stone to obtain a mixture; 3) uniformly mixing the mixture and water to obtain a concrete mixture; and (4) pouring the concrete mixture into a template, and successively carrying out curing and demolding. The concrete provided by the invention has the advantage that the plasticity of the concrete mixing material can be kept for a longer time.
