The invention provides a continuous foamed asphalt regeneration base layer construction process. The process comprises the following steps: 1, pre-screening a milling material, and preparing the milling material into an RAP material after screening; 2, conveying the prepared RAP material to a mixing station, adding the medium powder, the new material and the cement into the mixing station according to the proportion, then adding water, and stirring to form a mixture; 3, collecting the mixture through a transfer device, and conveying the mixture into a secondary stirring device through a conveying device; and 4, adding foamed asphalt into the second stirring device, mixing and stirring the mixture and the foamed asphalt in the second stirring device, and therefore acquiring the foamed cold-recycled mixture. Continuous high-energy production of the foamed asphalt cold-recycled mixture can be achieved through the process, and the requirement for continuous construction with high productivity is met.
本发明提供一种连续式泡沫沥青再生基层施工工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一、铣刨料预筛分,筛分后配置成RAP料;步骤二、将配置而成的RAP料输送至拌合站,并在拌合站中按照比例添加中粉料、新料、水泥然后加水搅拌,形成混合料;步骤三、通过中转装置收集混合料,利用传送装置将混合料传送至二次搅拌装置中;步骤四、向第二搅拌装置中添加泡沫沥青,将混合料和泡沫沥青在二次搅拌装置中进行混合搅拌,从而得到发泡冷再生混合料,通过该工艺可以实现对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的连续高能生产,满足高产能的连续施工需求。
