The invention relates to an external ring beam constructional column reinforced masonry structure corner column reinforced by a grouting anchor rod and a construction method thereof. The connection strength of a corner part of a masonry structure reinforced by an external wall additional constructional column and a ring beam is mainly enhanced. The external ring beam constructional column reinforced masonry structure corner column comprises external ring beams, external constructional columns, grouting anchor rods, anchor bars and stirrups, and the external constructional columns are arranged at four corners of a house, a staircase and corresponding corners of an irregular plane; the external constructional columns are connected with the external ring beams or a steel pull rod to form a closed system; the external constructional columns penetrate along the whole height of the house and are not staggered; the ends of the grouting anchor rods are tightened by double nuts, and end gaskets are arranged between the double nuts; the anchor slurry of the grouting anchor rods in an anchor hole of a wall body is grouted by cement-based antirust mortar; and the external ring beams are flush with a building (house) cover in height, the external constructional columns and the ring beams are integrally poured, a closed whole is formed along the periphery of the building, common stress is guaranteed, and stiffness mutation of each floor is prevented.
本发明涉及外加圈梁构造柱加固砌体结构角柱采用压浆锚杆加固及其施工方法,主要是为了增强外墙增设构造柱、圈梁加固砌体结构转角部位连接强度。包括外加圈梁、外加构造柱、压浆锚杆、锚筋、箍筋,所述的外加构造柱在房屋四角、楼梯间和不规则平面的对应转角处设置;所述的外加构造柱与外加圈梁或钢拉杆连接成闭合系统;所述的外加构造柱沿房屋全高贯通,不得错位;所述的压浆锚杆端头采用双螺母拧紧,双螺母中间为端头垫片;所述的压浆锚杆在墙体锚孔中的锚浆采用水泥基料防锈砂浆进行灌浆;所述的外加圈梁设置高度与楼(屋)盖持平,外加构造柱与圈梁整体浇注,沿楼四周形成闭合整体,保证共同受力,防止各层刚度突变。
