The invention relates to a ring beam constructional column reinforced masonry structure and a cross wall steel tie rod construction connection and a construction method thereof. The ring beam constructional column reinforced masonry structure comprises external constructional columns, external ring beams, steel tie rods and anchor bars with hooks. The ring beam constructional column reinforced masonry structure is characterized in that the external constructional columns are distributed at four corners of a house, joints of an outer wall and a cross wall, a staircase and corresponding corners of an irregular plane; the external constructional columns communicate with each other along the whole height of the house; the external ring beams are arranged to be flush with a building (house) cover, and the external constructional columns and the ring beams are integrally poured to form a closed whole along the periphery of the building; when the steel tie rods are anchored in the external ring beams, end plates are embedded into the ring beams by adopting anchor plates or the steel tie rods with hooks; and the anchor slurry of the steel tie rods, the steel tie rods with the hooks and the anchor bars with the hooks in the anchor holes of the wall body is grouted by cement-based antirust mortar.
