The invention discloses a transfer method for a bottom plate prefabricated part of a fabricated subway station. The method is characterized in that a prefabricated bottom plate prefabricated part is reversely buckled and stored in a maintenance area, and the bottom face faces upwards; lifting points are arranged on the top surface and the bottom surface of the bottom plate prefabricated part; when the bottom plate prefabricated part in the maintenance area reaches 75% of the design strength, two gantry cranes are used for cooperatively lifting and transferring the bottom plate prefabricated part to a temporary storage area, natural maintenance is continued till the design strength reaches 100%, the bottom plate prefabricated part is fixed to a turnover device, the turnover device is used for turning over the bottom plate prefabricated part till the top faces face upwards, then fixing between the bottom plate prefabricated part and the turnover device is relieved, the two gantry cranes continue to cooperatively lift the bottom plate prefabricated part, and the bottom plate prefabricated part is transferred to a blending storage area. The two gantry cranes are matched for lifting, so that the construction space is greatly saved, the effective operation space is increased, the site area of the prefabricated part is obviously reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and stress cracks are prevented from being generated in the component transfer process.
本发明公开了一种装配式地铁车站底板预制构件的转运方法,将完成预制的底板预制构件在养护区倒扣存放,底面朝上;在底板预制构件的顶面和底面均设吊点;在养护区底板预制构件达到75%的设计强度时,利用两台龙门吊协同起吊并将底板预制构件转运至临时存放区,继续自然养护至达到100%的设计强度时,将底板预制构件固定在翻转装置上,利用翻转装置将底板预制构件翻转为顶面朝上,随后解除底板预制构件与翻转装置之间的固定,继续由两台龙门吊协同起吊,将底板预制构件转运至拼配存放区。本发明两台龙门吊配合吊装极大地节约施工空间,增加有效作业空间,明显减少预制构件场地面积、提高生产效率,避免构件转运中产生应力裂纹。
