The mounting device comprises a balance lifting appliance, a temporary supporting frame, lifting bars and a turnover hanging assembly, wherein the balance lifting appliance is directly connected with hoisting equipment; the temporary supporting frame comprises a supporting frame and a cantilever arm, the cantilever arm is detachably mounted on the supporting frame, and the free end of the cantilever arm is arranged in a lowering channel defined by the supporting frame; the lifting bars are welded to the upper ends of main bars; the turnover hanging assembly comprises hanging steel bars and connecting plates arranged between the hanging steel bars, and rope penetrating holes are formed in the connecting plates; the hanging steel bars are connected with the main bars through straight thread sleeves; and the lifting appliance is connected with the turnover hanging assembly through steel wire ropes penetrating through the rope penetrating holes. According to the mounting device, the stability degree of hoisting of the reinforcement cage is improved through the balance lifting appliance, temporary supporting is achieved through the temporary supporting frame, the turnover hanging assembly is connected with the main bars of reinforcement cage units, splicing of the reinforcement cage units is facilitated, and the construction efficiency and the convenience degree of the variable-section large-diameter reinforcement cage are greatly improved.
