Slip type recoverable anchor cable and using method
The invention discloses a slip type recoverable anchor cable and a using method. The slip type recoverable anchor cable comprises a bare steel strand, a slip type damper, a guide cap, a bearing plate, a steel strand sheath and an unbonded steel strand. The using method comprises the following steps that step 1, a damper is designed; step 2, a slip type damper is manufactured; step 3, the anchor cable is assembled; step 4, the anchor cable is woven; step 5, the anchor cable is tensioned and locked; and step 6, the anchor cable is recycled. According to the designed anchor cable, under the action of external force, the slip type damper can stably slip along the inner wall of the slip type damper and the surface of the steel strand until the steel strand completely slips from the slip type damper, and therefore the anchor cable is smoothly recycled. The anchor cable structure is simple in manufacturing process, reliable in recycling process and high in recycling rate, and an inner anchor head remaining in a soil body is only about 50 cm. Meanwhile, a detailed method is provided for design and use of the anchor cable, and the working mechanism and the design method of the anchor cable are illustrated.
本发明公开了一种滑脱式可回收锚索及使用方法,锚索包括裸钢绞线、滑脱式阻尼器、导向帽、承力板、钢绞线外皮和无粘结钢绞线,使用方法包括步骤一,阻尼器设计;步骤二,制作滑脱式阻尼器;步骤三,组装锚索;步骤四,编制锚索;步骤五,锚索张拉锁定;步骤六,锚索回收;本发明所设计的锚索,其滑脱式阻尼器在外力作用下,能产生沿着其内壁与钢绞线表面平稳滑移,直至钢绞线与其完全滑脱,从而顺利完成锚索回收。该锚索结构制作工艺简单,回收工艺可靠,回收率高,且残留于土体中的内锚头仅约50cm。同时本发明针对该锚索的设计及使用提出详细的方法,阐明了该锚索的工作机理及设计方法。
