The invention discloses a deep foundation pit construction method adopting tube well and light well point dewatering, which comprises the following steps: step 1, excavating to a first layer of soil to-3 +/-0.5 m, paving a steel plate on an excavation walking route, and welding an anti-slip strip on the steel plate; and secondly, light well point dewatering is adopted for the foundation pit, 24 +/-5 dewatering wells are arranged in total, the diameter of each dewatering well is 400 +/-50 mm, the depth of each dewatering well is 20 +/-2 m, four observation wells with the same depth are arranged at the four corners of the foundation pit, and when the observation wells are excavated to-7.4 +/-0.5 m, light well point matching concentrated dewatering is adopted. The precipitation efficiency in the construction process is improved, and the situation that the use function of the pool is affected by bottom plate cracking is reduced.
本发明公开了一种采用管井和轻型井点降水深基坑施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、开挖至第一层土至‑3±0.5m,采用钢板铺于开挖行走路线上,并在钢板上焊上防滑条;步骤二、基坑采用轻型井点降水,共设置24±5个降水井,降水井直径400±50mm,深度20±2m,在基坑四角布置4口同样深度的观测井,所述观测井在开挖至‑7.4±0.5m时,采用轻型井点配合集中降水。本发明提高了施工过程中的降水效率,降低了底板开裂而影响水池使用功能。
