The embodiment of the invention relates to a tube well and light well point combined dewatering construction method. The method comprises the following steps: arranging a tube well position according to actual hydrogeological data; arranging a tube well according to the well position of the tube well, and dewatering the tube well; after tube well dewatering is completed, a foundation pit is excavated, and a foundation pit first-stage platform is excavated; light well point well positions are arranged, and light well point pipes are arranged; light well point dewatering is conducted; and after light well point dewatering is completed, a foundation pit secondary platform is dug out. According to the embodiment of the invention, in the deep and large foundation pit with the aquitard, a tube well and light well point combined dewatering mode is adopted, the advantages of the two dewatering modes are integrated, the tube well is used for lowering the overall underground water level of the foundation pit, and then the light well point is used for rapidly draining underground water of the aquifer above the inner negative pressure control depth; the problem of retention and water seepage of the upper portion of the aquitard is solved, and therefore normal construction of a foundation and stability of a foundation pit slope are guaranteed.
