When a connecting plate is used, vertical loads borne by the connecting plate are transmitted to buildings and soil retaining structures on the two sides through plate lugs, the plate lugs bear very large node vertical loads, namely, the roots of the plate lugs bear very large shearing force, and the bottoms of the plate lugs bear very large bending moment; and the plate lug is made of a steel groove, the steel groove is filled with concrete, and the advantages of high tensile property of a steel structure and compressive property of the concrete are fully utilized, that is, very large bending moment at the bottom of the plate lug is resisted by the steel groove, very large pressure at the middle upper part of the plate lug is resisted by the concrete, very large shearing force at the root of the plate lug is resisted by the steel groove and the concrete, the material arrangement accords with respective mechanical properties, the utilization rate is high, the contact area between the connecting plate and the structures on the two sides through the plate lugs is smaller, and the frictional resistance influence of the connecting plate on the structures on the two sides is further reduced.
