The invention relates to a combined outer wall structure. The combined outer wall structure comprises a plurality of outer wall plates installed on a main body structure at intervals, first water guide grooves formed in the side parts of the outer wall plates, a plurality of keel frames installed on the main body structure and located between every two adjacent outer wall plates to install curtain wall plates, and second water guide grooves formed in the side parts of the keel frames and matched with the first water guide grooves, wherein a drainage channel is defined by the second water guide grooves and the first water guide grooves. The problem that the joint of the outer wall plates and a keel structure is prone to leakage is effectively solved, a drainage structure is arranged between the outer wall plate and the keel structure, so that leakage water can be drained outwards through the drainage structure, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the leakage water is prevented from entering the main body structure.
